Know exactly what's on every shelf.
Flow WMS runs receiving, put-away, picking and shipping through one controlled path, so your stock counts stay true as the warehouse grows.

"The spreadsheet says 50 but the shelf has 30."
Six things a spreadsheet can't do
Inventory accuracy
Live stock per exact bin, updated with every move.
Traceability / audit trail
Every order, task and move tied to a user and a timestamp.
Workflow enforcement
Business rules built in, so the wrong move can't be made.
Role separation
Managers plan and assign. Operators scan and execute.
Multi-warehouse, multi-tenant
Many sites or companies on one deployment, each fully isolated.
Cost/error reduction
Grow headcount and order volume without losing accuracy.
On the desk and on the floor
Stock per bin, live
See what sits in every location. Operators confirm each move with a scan.

What sits underneath
Inventory accuracy.
Every physical move (receive, pick, put, ship) goes through one gated path that updates real-time stock per exact bin location and logs a full transaction ledger — who moved what, where, when. No more "the spreadsheet says 50 but the shelf has 30."
Traceability / audit trail.
Every inbound order, purchase order, task, and inventory transaction is tied to a user and a timestamp. If stock is missing or a shipment is wrong, you can trace exactly which operator touched it and when — useful for disputes, compliance, and catching process problems.
Workflow enforcement, not tribal knowledge.
The system encodes the actual business rules as code: you can't pick more than what's in stock, can't receive against a cancelled PO, can't ship an order that hasn't been fully picked, can't delete a purchase order that's already been acted on. New hires don't need to memorize "the way we do things" — the system won't let them do it wrong.
Role separation that matches how a warehouse actually runs.
Managers plan and assign work (create orders, assign tasks, force-reassign when someone's out sick); operators execute it via barcode scans on the floor. Each role only sees and can do what's relevant to them.
Multi-warehouse, multi-tenant from day one.
One deployment can serve multiple companies or multiple sites, each fully isolated, without needing a separate install per customer — this is what makes it sellable as SaaS rather than a one-off internal tool.
Concrete cost/error reduction.
The alternative most SMEs run today is spreadsheets + paper pick lists + tribal knowledge. That means overselling stock you don't have, lost/miscounted inventory, no record of who did what, and no way to scale past a handful of people without chaos. A WMS is what lets a warehouse grow headcount and order volume without accuracy falling apart.
